The City of Wichita Aquatics Master Plan Phase II called for the renovation of Harvest, Minisa, and Linwood parks. Linwood Pool was filled in to create a new spray ground/splash pad. This included new concrete, spray features, play features, shade structures, filter equipment and piping, pol house roof modifications, and landscaping.

 Other features include artificial turf, a rubberized surface, climbing features, and stone bench seating.
