This design-build project along side Waters Edge Aquatic Design, delivered a state-of-the-art outdoor aquatic facility featuring a zero-depth entry pool, elevated dive pool, 2,200-square-foot splash pad, and a variety of family-friendly amenities including slides, play features, shade structures, and a climbing wall. Despite a highly condensed site and complex below-grade infrastructure, the project showcased Dondlinger’s expertise in structural concrete, precise coordination, and innovative construction solutions to successfully bring this dynamic aquatic destination to life.
