FanDuel Sportsbook

Project consists of an 1834 SF remodel of an area within the KS Star Casino for a new tenant, FanDuel Sportsbook. Project Start date was 7.25.2022 with request to be complete by 9.8.2022. That date was changed during project to 9.1.2022. Dondlinger self-performed demo and installation of mostly owner provided millworks. electric, mechanical, framing & finishes were subcontracted. The soft launch of Fanduel Sportsbook was September 1st, and the ribbon cutting was September 8th. The entire area was ready for the soft opening date. This project included Kansas Racing and Gaming Commission regulatory requirements for machines and cameras.
