Kice industries office addition

This project consisted of a 6,000-square-foot office expansion for the manufacturing facility, designed to enhance operational efficiency and support continued growth. The expansion included a new building slab, steel frame construction, brick and stucco exterior, metal stud framing, a membrane and standing seam metal roof, as well as a new 24,000-square-foot paved parking area.
