Monarch Cement Aggregate Storage Facility

The project consists of a 95,000 square foot aggregate storage facility to protect moisture sensitive aggregate materials from the weather elements. The structure is pre-engineered metal building framing and wall panels with a 64-foot-high ridge to allow large end dump truck to tilt and unload aggregate materials. The project includes special vented wall and ridge metal to allow for the movement of exhaust fumes naturally from the space. The facility has a substantial lighting package.
