Monarch Cement Corporate Office Addition

Monarch Cement expanded their corporate office to keep up with the growing cement industry. The expansion included an office addition and a remodel of their existing office space. The new addition was a single-story structure over a basement designed to add much needed office space to the facility. The existing facility included a major renovation of office space conversions, including new wall layouts, new floors, ceilings, lighting, casework, restrooms, painting, and a sun room. The exterior of the existing building was refinished and received a new roof to match the new addition.
