Old Chicago

Dondlinger Construction was selected as the CM to construct a new Old Chicago restaurant in Midwest City, Oklahoma. The restaurant features a sports bar, public dining, full-service kitchen and an outdoor patio.

This was the franchisee’s first venture in the restaurant business and because the franchisee was from Kansas, he wanted a CM they were familiar with and could rely on in providing a quality product at an affordable cost. Dondlinger relied mostly on Oklahoma subcontractors and vendors and completed the project on time and in budget.
