Rusty Eck Quick Lanes is located at 353 S. Towne East Mall Drive in Wichita, Kansas. Rusty Eck Ford’s need Quick Lane Addition doubles their automotive service capacity. This 13,760 SF facility contains a comfortable and relaxing customer service lounge, staff office, restrooms, a service drive, 19 service bays and wheel alignment bay. When a customer enters that Service Drive, they are immediately greeted by a service representative. Upon entering the facility the high-tech scanner will automatically determine the car type, year, tire life, and alignment. This information is then reviewed with the customer in the Customer Lounge and a service plan is developed. The building is a pre-engineered metal building, overhead section doors, automotive lifts, epoxy floors, vehicle exhaust system, stainless steel lube distribution lines, millwork and restrooms.
