The St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Clonmel, Kansas, was designed to support the parish’s growing congregation by providing a welcoming, functional space for worship, community gatherings, and faith-based programs. Delivered using the CMAR method, Dondlinger joined the team early to identify cost-saving opportunities that allowed for enhanced features, including a monument sign, high-end finishes, a rare choir loft, authentic Venetian plaster behind the altar, and striking wood-look ceilings crafted from durable polyurethane planks.
