The Wonder Studio

Wonder is a new pre-K through 12th grade school on the campus of Wichita State University. The school will be housed in a lab that is being remodeled. The open floor plan will consist of two large learning studios, which lean towards the trend of flexible seating. The studio will have an operable wall that can divide the space if needed. To encourage creativity and collaboration the space is being designed with glass walls and wide-open spaces. It will also include a creative lab, an active space with stage, a quiet room, and offices for staff. The outdoor space will feature climbing structures, earth berms, tunnels and concrete stadium seating. This project will be completed in fall of 2018.
