Valley Center Water Treatment Plant

At the Valley Center Water Treatment Plant the Phase 3 improvements included the installation of a new clarifier, rehab to the existing sludge tanks and an install of some new equipment. Some smaller renovations included the installation of new UV equipment in the existing building and erected a steel canopy for new blowers.
