Wichita State University Parking Garage

This multi-level parking garage is the first parking garage on Wichita State University’s campus. It is located to the south of the Rhatigan Student Center and will help alleviate the inadequate parking that has been a problem around central campus. The four-level pay-to-park garage has 450 spaces and includes reserved, disabled (ADA), motorcycle and vehicle parking for students, faculty, staff and visitors. The garage is a precast concrete structure that bears on drilled piers. It is also equipped with over 50 security cameras, efficient lighting, an elevator and a glass enclosed staircase. This project was completed on a seven month time schedule.
