Ironhorse Manufacturing

The project includes overall site preparation, site improvement construction and construction of a 100,000 SF (+/-) building shell to house manufacturing tenants. Completion of the interior of the building will be by Tenants.

The structure is a pre-engineered metal building with insulated wall and roof systems. The eave heights are 28 feet clear to allow for high-bay storage.
