Advanced Orthopaedic Associates PA

Advanced Orthopaedic Assoociates selected Dondlinger as the Design Building contractor for their new medical office building in NE Wichita with the vision of creating a destination Orthopaedic Clinic for South Central Kansas and beyond.  This vision was brought to life with the 47,714 sf MOB that includes a 9000 sf Physical Therapy and Sports Performance center, 4 Xray rooms, MRI Suite, 50 patient exam rooms, and  2^nd floor administrative offices.  The building was designed as a structural steel building with masonry and EIFS veneer and includes other high end finishes that set this class A office apart from others in the region.  Another project goal was to accelerate construction to allow AOA to open before the 2023 school year.  Not only was this goal achieved, but Dondlinger was able to deliver this one of a kind MOB early giving the owner ample time to occupy before the original scheduled completion date.
