The Center at Waterfront

The Center at Waterfront is a rehabilitation facility built to focus on post hospital discharge recovery. This three-story facility consists of conventional steel framing, elevated concrete slab on decks with multiple elevator service to each floor. The first floor includes a full-service dining facility, therapy department and gym, visitor commons area, and administration office areas. The two upper floors consist of patient rooms, observations rooms with a centralized nurse’s station at each floor’s lobby. The exterior includes brick, cast stone, large curtainwall glazing systems, TPO built up roofing and metal wall panels. The site also includes an outdoor therapy training zone, drive up canopy and other features.
