Commerce Bank at the Waterfront

This prestigious Class “A” office building is located in Wichita’s newest business development, “The Waterfront.” The building’s unique design was built for one of the state’s largest banks and law firms, as well as several smaller tenants. Cast stone and aluminum/glass framing make up the building’s exterior curtain wall. The design is extremely open with 70% of the exterior composed of aluminum and glass. An added feature is the 4,000 SF landscaped lake terrace.

The grandness of this building isn’t truly realized until one enters the lobby. A visitor is met with 22-feet-high wood lined ceilings and a granite floor that was imported from around the world. This project was presented with the “Judges Choice Award” by the AGC of Kansas.
