Evergy 1900 Office Renovation

Westar Renovation 1900 is the renovation of the original Wichita service center into more efficient office space. It is a 3-story existing facility that includes demolition and interior rebuild of approximately 32,000 SF of usable space for office function. The renovation will occur in phases while the facility remains occupied by the Owner. The scope includes, hazardous material abatement, demolition, new electrical and IT infrastructure, new restroom facilities upgraded to ADA standards, new exterior storefront and windows, interior rebuild, new flooring, painting, lighting and ceilings.
