Maize Dialysis

After the successful completion of the Triangle Dialysis Center in east Wichita in 2002, Dr. Jerry Cohlmia again chose to work with the design/build team of Dondlinger Construction and Spangenberg Phillips Architects on his west Wichita Dialysis Center.

The Maize Dialysis Center has a 9,300 SF first floor and features a full size 9,300 SF basement. The basement houses the Dialysis equipment, mechanical systems, bio med, a small office area and general storage. The ground floor features 24 patient treatment stations, home training, blood storage, offices, exam rooms, nurses’ stations, a waiting area and a reception area.
