Munds Energy

Munds Energy is a 24,000 sq ft warehouse comprised of a single-story shop space and a two-story office area. The primary structure is PEMB on slab on grade. The front entrance features enhanced finishes such as accent panels, stone, and architectural canopies. The shop area includes LED lighting, HVLS fans, a bridge crane, and overhead doors on both the East and West elevations of the building. The two-story office area includes a high wind shelter made up of fully grouted and reinforced block walls with a hollow core concrete lid, parts storage, conference rooms, and offices. We completed construction in summer of 2023.
