Raytheon JPATS

JPATS Building – The JPATS (Joint Primary Aircraft Training System) was constructed by Raytheon to develop and build the new pilot trainer airplane for the U.S. Air Force and Navy. The building contains offices on 2 floors, which includes Engineering, Purchasing, Sales and Executives; an assembly line for the airplane; parts manufacturing and storage areas; and testing area.

Egress Building – This companion building along with two (2) explosives storage units were erected as part of the JPATS program. Raytheon installs the explosive to eject the pilot’s seat from the trainer in the building and stores the explosives as part of their safety program in the storage units.
