Sunrise Boundless Playscape

The new playground is a project of the Rotary Club of West Sedgwick County – Sunrise. The group saw a need for a playground that provides 70% – 80% accessibility for children regardless of their physical limitations. It is the first playground of its kind in Kansas. The Boundless Playground has equipment and play features which fully engage children of diverse abilities in an interactive environment. We donated their services to manage the project as well as contacted other local companies to join in the effort with gift-in-kind donations. Pat Gallagher, Project Chair, wrote a letter to Dondlinger & Sons stating, “Corporate citizenship is a pride of ownership in one’s community and a willingness to give back a little of what one has accomplished. We at Sunrise Rotary feel that Dondlinger & Sons exemplifies Corporate Citizenship at the highest level.
