Evergy (Westar) Hutchinson Service Center

This is project is a new single story PEMB structure with insulated metal wall panels. The building is 12,280 SF and consists of a standing seam roof with simple saver roof insulation. The building consists of an office, storage & equipment and two drive-thru truck bays. We are paving a new drive from the entrance gate to the new building, upgrading and energizing the existing fire loop system and including a new pump house with fire pump. The office building will have storefront office walls, a cubicle office area and operation and control labs for their energy center.
