Wichita Urology Ambulatory Surgery Center

This project consisted of a 26,100 SF addition as well as renovation improvements to 16,100 SF of their existing facility. The new addition included new nurse stations, surgery suites, patient rooms and associated amenities, elevator services, as well as personnel offices, break rooms and conference and meeting spaces.  The renovation included upgraded waiting spaces, new CT equipment upgrades and patient rooms with new flooring, painting, ceilings, vinyl wall coverings as well as HVAC and electrical upgrades.  The exterior upgrades include additional concrete parking areas, outdoor courtyards, and carport parking for the physicians.  The Owner continued to operate in the existing facility during construction of the new addition, then transition into the new addition while the existing facility was renovated.
